
Vice President, People and Culture, UBM Electronics
Harris Grayman is the Vice President, People and Culture for UBM Electronics and is also responsible for UBM Canon and sits on the Advanced Manufacturing Board. Prior, Grayman was the Vice President, People and Culture for Think Services, a Division of UBM and, in addition, he sat on the UBM Board for Think Services.
With more than 20 years of experience, his progressive and strategic human resource efforts spans across many functional areas. His expertise includes: employee relations, performance management, recruitment, talent management and retention strategies, compensation and incentive management, learning & development management, reward & recognition programs, mergers & acquisitions, career development planning, succession planning, organizational management, management of policies & procedures, employee engagement, and management coaching.
Before working for Think Services, Grayman was the Senior Human Resources Manager for the Electronics Group (now UBM Electronics) and GDIG (Game Developer, Software Development, and ICMI). Grayman previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hearst, representing a portfolio of successful magazines that included Cosmopolitan, CosmoGIRL!, Esquire, House Beautiful, and Popular Mechanics. Earlier in his career, Grayman worked at CMP Media, providing Human Resources support to the Channel Group (now UBM Channel).
