Human Resource Manager
Grace Peñaranda is the Human Resource Manager for the UBM Electronics, where she is a strategic partner responsible for creating and maintaining a high performance culture within all facets of human resources. Grace has over 6 years of human resource experience in industries ranging from defense systems, biotech, to academia having held prior HR roles at University of California Berkeley and Northrop Grumman Mission Systems.
Grace graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration. She received a Certificate in Human Resources Management shortly after her graduation and has recently obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate.
